Painting Inspection

Painting or a coating is the first line of protection of metal items, so it is only right that the application and maintenance of the costing is carried out by qualified and experienced painting / coatings inspectors.

Test inspect have qualified inspectors with both BGAS-CSWIP and ICORR qualifications.

We have the experience of working on major projects such as offshore wind farms to nuclear decommissioning at Sellafield.

Test inspect can act and represent on your behalf within your supplier chain. We can carry out pre-painting activities such as sharp edges, masking and then monitor and record the coating process, dew points, temperatures, blast cleanliness and more.

We have acted on behalf of clients to give expert advise and analysis when things haven’t gone quite to plan.

In-service inspection of items such as tanks and vessels, pipelines including corrosion under insulation can be inspected, mapped and checked annually to keep your plant at its full operational capability.
