Test Inspect Group (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website and booking portal. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

  • Booking information: Inspection requirements, site addresses, project details, welder qualifications
  • Payment information: Purchase order numbers (card payments are processed securely by Stripe – we do not store card details)
  • Communications: Emails, messages, and feedback you send us

  • Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, clicks, and navigation patterns
  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, screen size
  • Cookies: See Section 5 below

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Send booking confirmations, quotes, and test results

  • Show you relevant Test Inspect adverts on other websites, such as Google (only with your consent – see Sections 4 and 5)

  • Our sub-brands: Flawed, Responsive Southampton, Responsive Training Services, Smart Test Tech, RadPro (all part of Test Inspect Group)
  • Service providers: Payment processors (Stripe), email services, hosting providers

  • Legal authorities: When required by law
  • Google (advertising): If you press “Accept” on our cookie banner, Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies measure our advertising and let us show you relevant Test Inspect adverts. If you tick the optional advertising box on one of our forms, we may also share your email address and phone number with Google in scrambled (hashed) form, so Google can show you our adverts (Google “Customer Match”). Google cannot read the hashed details and deletes those it cannot match. We never do this without that tick, and you can withdraw at any time by emailing privacy@testinspect.com.

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to:

  • Keep you signed in to your account
  • Remember your preferences
  • Analyse website traffic (Google Analytics)
  • Measure how our advertising performs and show you relevant Test Inspect adverts on other sites (Google Ads) – only if you press “Accept”
