Every procedure we write or approve can now be checked

A Level 3 signature can be copied onto anything. Our procedures now carry a QR code beside the document reference. Anyone holding a copy can scan it and confirm it is a genuine, current issue: who wrote it, who approved it, the issue date and the exact page count.

How it works Check a procedure
  • Catches pasted signatures, edited references and added or removed pages
  • Old issues show as superseded, and drafts as not approved
  • Works on screen or on a printed copy, with no account or app
  • Included on every procedure our Level 3s write, review or approve, including those on your own template
