Procedure Authenticity Checker

Holding an NDT procedure with Test Inspect’s name or one of our Level 3s’ signatures on it? Check it is a genuine issue before you work to it.

  1. Your copy
  2. Your email
  3. Your code
  4. Result
How the check works
  • Every procedure we issue carries a QR code beside the document reference and a verification code in the footer.
  • Enter the code and the reference and issue printed on your copy. They have to match what we issued under that code.
  • We email you a 6-digit code, then show you who wrote and approved it, the issue date, the page count and whether it is still current.

How procedure verification works →

In the footer of every page, and under the QR code. Filled in for you if you scanned the QR.

Copy both from the header of your copy (“Doc Ref” and “Issue”). Case and separators don’t matter.

Reference and issue match

We issued a document under that code with that reference and issue.

Confirm your email address to see its details, so you can compare them with your copy.

We send a one-time code here. We keep a record of who checked each document.

Sent to . The code lasts 10 minutes.

Compare it with your copy
  • The title, author, approver, issue date and number of pages must all match the copy you are holding.
  • A signature can be copied onto any document. If anything differs, or pages have been added or removed, treat the copy as not issued by us.
  • Tell us about a copy that doesn’t match: hello@testinspect.com or 0800 640 4998.
