ISO 9001:2026 Lead Auditor: 2 to 6 November
Our five-day, CQI and IRCA certified Lead Auditor course is built on ISO 9001:2026 from day one. It is for quality managers, auditors and anyone who will lead or take part in first, second or third-party audits of a quality management system. Every organisation certified to ISO 9001:2015 has until September 2029 to transition, and the course covers each change in the new edition, including how to audit a client through that transition.

Introduction to NDT & Quality Inspection: 7 to 9 December
Three days on the fundamentals of non-destructive testing and quality inspection, for people in quality, inspection, engineering, technical, marketing and management roles who rely on inspection results, and for anyone thinking about a career in NDT, including apprentices aged 16 and over. No prior knowledge is needed.
The course covers the primary NDT methods (penetrant, magnetic particle, radiographic, ultrasonic and visual inspection), how a method is chosen for the material, defect, position and weld geometry, certification schemes such as PCN, ASNT and ISO, acceptance criteria and lifetime records. It includes supervised practical sessions with qualified, experienced inspectors.

ISO 9001:2026 Internal Auditor: 5 to 6 January
An entry-level, two-day auditing course updated for the new edition, for anyone who will carry out internal audits of a quality management system: quality and operations staff, supervisors and managers. It introduces auditing for conformance, risk and process effectiveness, and shows you what to check for each change in ISO 9001:2026, from quality culture and the separate treatment of risks and opportunities to the new clause on planning of changes. A basic understanding of quality management systems is expected.
